FORZA 5 MEETS HALO: SPARTAN ASSAULT

To commemorate the launch of the Xbox One and Forza Motorsport 5, 343 Industries have collaborated with the designers at Turn 10 to create a special limited edition Halo: Spartan Assault-themed livery for Forza Motorsport 5. Introducing the Halo: Spartan Assault 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302 -

Whilst we await more info on how we can get behind the wheel of this beauty, 343i have promised more details will be coming in the next few weeks. I'll be sure to update you all as the news unfolds.

HALO: SPARTAN ASSAULT CONSOLE RELEASE DATE

Yesterday 343 Industries announced Halo: Spartan Assault will be released for the Xbox One on December 24th, 2013 for $14.99 (around £9) via digital download. Halo: Spartan Assault Xbox One and Xbox 360 packs an over an impressive 30 missions, including all-new online Co-op mode, and the Operation Hydra expansion pack.

For fans who have already purchased Halo: Spartan Assault for Windows 8 or Windows Phone 8 prior to December 15 2013, will be eligible to purchase the Xbox One version of the game at a sweet discount price of $4.99 (£3-£4.) 

Halo: Spartan Assault will be arriving on Xbox 360 at a later date of January 2014.

All of the above with be live streamed on Halo Waypoint's Twitch channel, where you can go and get involved with the Halo festivities. Halo Waypoint are also offering you the chance to unlock the Commando helmet this Monday, To unlock the helmet, simply complete one match of Halo 4 War Games or Spartan Ops in Matchmaking. Similar to the recent Guilty Spark emblem unlock, 343i will gather all data for all who participate, and award the helmet within a week.
