Wednesday 26th September members of the HaloWaypoint community were invited to attend an exclusive VIP event at Covent Garden, London.
Here fans had a chance to get there first hands on with Halo 4 in the UK,
Game-types included Spartan Ops, the newly named living dead now known as Flood. And a first look at the new map Ragnarok which is a remake of the Halo 3 favourite Valhalla.
We also got to get hands on with the new Halo 4 vehicle The Mantis, (My personal all time favourite)

Master Chief got fans heads turning as he walked around the show-floor at the event, Chief was in high demand with people wanting photos with the Hero himself.
The following day (Thursday 27th) was the start of this years Euro-gamer Expo 2012, Earls Court, London. I had my sights set on nothing but Halo 4 with Frank O'Connor kick starting the Expos developer sessions -
Afterwards fans and gamers rushed to spend time with Halo 4, Many excited to get there first shot on the game. Frank took time aside to speak with many of the fans, Asking for peoples opinions on 343i take on the franchise, As expected many members of the media wanted interviews -
Newly renamed 'Flood' takes over Halo: Reach Infection. With the flood being playable in-place of the usual zombie with an energy sword, Instead being replaced with flood infected Spartans with a sword like dagger arm as your weapon. -
Ragnarok is just as beautiful as it ever was, With a new name, And a new real lifelike feel about it i can assure you it'll quickly become one of if not your favourite maps on Halo 4.
It almost felt like deja vu when walking around it for the first time, And it felt fantastic to be back! -
The Mantis is spectacular, I can't praise this piece of tech enough, you instantly feel like the boss in control of such a vehicle, It's super powerful, And can move at ease to stomp down anything in its path, But get clumsy and you'll soon become the victim, As players can sneak up and melee attack you to an impressive explosion which will bring you crashing down with a bang. -
With only 28 days to go until Halo 4 drops we don't have long to wait, As always i will be sharing everything Halo 4 on the way, So until next time!
